Founder & CEO
Jiyan Cadiz
For more than 19 years, Jiyan has collaborated cross-functionally to develop and lead communications strategies that maximize earned-media, social-media and internal storytelling, plus cultivate advocacy. His journeys include helping to redefine the narrative of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge/SRT brands and vehicles, to re-launching Fiat and Alfa Romeo in North America. He’s also led Ford’s Truck and Commercial Vehicle Comms, as well as Enthusiasts Vehicles, including the strategies for F-150, Bronco, Mustang and GT supercar. Today, Jiyan leads the Cadiz Group with several clients in the automotive, tech spaces and real estate development arenas, including Hagerty media & events, California’s ad-tech leader Sabio Holdings, SpaceX-engineer-led Electric Era and its EV charging systems, Core City Development in Detroit, as well as providing consulting services to many auto industry leaders.

Natalie Joniec Lund
Natalie is a creative storyteller with nearly a decade of experience bringing brands to life through digital content, social media, design, and strategic communications. With a background that spans agency, media, and in-house marketing, she thrives on turning creative ideas into content that feels real, relevant, and engaging. Whether she’s developing social strategy, designing branded assets, writing copy, managing creative projects, or shaping a brand’s voice, Natalie brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every piece of the puzzle. She’s passionate about creating work that not only looks good, but builds meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences.

Todd Davis
A former tech entrepreneur turned marketing and advertising creative, Todd Davis brings a competitive, tech-informed approach to distilling the brand essence and framing creative briefs that hammer through the clutter to differentiate products and brands from their competitors. His portfolio includes produced national broadcasts, paid advertising, digital & social media, national magazines, media asset packages and photography. He's worked with each of the Detroit OEMs and led global product and brand media reveal content including the return of Bronco, Ford F-150 Lightning and Ford energy services, as well as the Cadillac CUE Infotainment system. He also led the media reveals of both the Ford Pro and GM Envolve rebranding. His work has been featured on Good Morning America, The Discovery Channel, ESPN, Racer Magazine and thousands of automotive and news publications across the U.S.

Kara Sellentine
Kara brings over 20+ years of marketing, events and television experience launching her journey at the Walt Disney World College Program. Since then she worked on the set of NBC's Jerry Springer show, the prestigious Formula 1 motorsports racing series and for global automotive brands including Jeep, Alfa Romeo & Lotus Cars. Outside of her career, Kara is a stand-up comedian who has shared bills with Pauly Shore, Tommy Davidson and Josh Blue. She proudly earned the title "Best of Detroit Comedian" in the Detroit Metro Times (2022) and studied improv at the renowned Groundlings Theatre in Hollywood. Kara's quick wit and knack for public speaking has allowed her to take part in many speaking engagements including a feature in Forbes, and a guest on on the Petersen Automotive Museum’s podcast, Carstories. She has also had the distinct pleasure to interviewe Ralph Gilles, Chief Design Officer of Stellantis, and emceed the 2023 Las Vegas F1 livery reveal where she introduced legendary drivers Valtteri Bottas & Zhou Guanyu.
